Who builds CritPath AI
One named founder, one small company, no mystery. Here’s who you’d be buying from — and why this product exists.

Why I built this
Every R&D program I’ve watched run on a conventional Gantt chart carried the same quiet lie: a single finish date, presented as fact, that nobody in the room could defend. The math to do better — critical chain, Monte Carlo simulation, real sensitivity analysis — has existed for decades. It was just locked inside $10,000-a-seat desktop tools from the 2000s, priced and shaped for construction megaprojects, not for a biotech program lead who needs a defensible date for Thursday’s board meeting.
CritPath AI is my answer: the full engine — CPM, critical chain, Monte Carlo, decision gates that live in the schedule, an AI copilot that reads the actual dependency graph — in a browser, at $10 a user. When a vendor slips, the plan re-plans itself instead of costing your PMO a day.
I run Delta 3 Core Tech LLC and I build this product. That’s not a limitation I’m hiding; it’s the deal on offer: when you email, the founder answers. When you hit a bug, the person who wrote the code fixes it. And every claim on this site is one we can demonstrate in the product — no borrowed logos, no invented percentages.
