This Cookie Notice explains how Delta 3 Core Tech LLC (“Delta3CoreTec”) uses cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) on the CritPath AI Service. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What we use
CritPath AI uses only a minimal set of strictly necessary cookies and browser storage. We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Authentication / session — session and auth tokens that keep you signed in and maintain a secure session (essential).
- Security — CSRF / anti-abuse tokens that protect your account and the Service (essential).
- Preferences — interface settings (e.g., layout/theme) stored in local storage (functional).
- Analytics — none today. If added in future, this notice will be updated and, where required, consent will be requested first.
Because the cookies and storage we use today are strictly necessary or functional to deliver the Service you request, they do not require prior consent in most jurisdictions.
How to control cookies
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in or using core features.
- Sign out. Signing out clears your session token.
